Sunday : Tour from Le Ponteil (1500 m) via Cabane de Tramouillon (1963 m) and Caban des Eyssoumoures back to Le Ponteil
Monday : Tour from St. Veran (2050 m) via Chapelle de Clausis (2399 m), Col de St. Veran (2844 m) and Pic de Caramantran (3026 m) back to St. Veran (2050)
Tuesday : Tour from Souliers (1830 m) via Col Razine (2668 m) and Col de Peas (2629 m) to les Fonts (2035 m)
Wednesday : Tour from les Fonts (2035 m) to Cervieres (1500 m)
Thursday : Tour from les Claux to Ailefroide and back to les Claux
