Sunday : Tour from Puy St. Vincent to the Tetes de la Rochaille (2064m) and back to Puy St. Vincent
Monday : Tour from Le Ponteil (1500 m) via Cabane de Tramouillon (1963 m), Col de Sella and Cabane de Sella back to Le Ponteil
Tuesday : Tour from Ville Vieille (1380m) via the Col de la Creche (2284m) to Souliers (1830m)
Wednesday : Tour from Souliers (1830 m) via the Col d'Izoard (2360m), Le Laus (1745m), Cervieres (1636m) to Les Fonds (2040m)
Thursday : Tour from Les Fonds (2040m), via the Col de Bousson (2154m), Lago Nero, Mad del Lago Nero (2014m), Sagna Longa (2002m), Claviere (1752m) to Montgenevre (1850m)
Friday : Tour from Nevache (1620m) to the Auberge du Chardonnet (2223m) and back to Nevache (1620m)
